Yep that shows good intent bringing Rose in, very impressive whilst on loan and a young guy who is only going to get better, brilliant signing well done Iron.

Great signing, thought he might end up back here on loan but to make this permanent with a 2 year deal is very nice to hear.

Can imagine there will be a sell on clause and that the club also has an option to extend clause.

Good business for both if that is the case.

With one glaringly obvious weakness in a certain position on the pitch!

What a signing this is. I remember reading not too long ago that Peterborough were looking to loan him out to a league higher up to further on his development. To get him on a permanent contract is outstanding.

This has strengthened us no end. Apart from the questionable options we have as GK’s, I think we’re more than well stacked throughout the squad.

Really pleased with this signing as he looked quality last season.

Can’t do anything about crap refereeing BLT you’ll just have to learn to live with it, lol.

Wasn’t he once described as a CB – or is my ageing braincell playing up?

There was talk he could cover CB when he was here on loan.

Probably played there at youth level but looks like he would need to fill out a bit to cope there in the National League. Not afraid to get stuck in though so possibly for an emergency game or two.

Horton looks more physically suited to back up CB role.

Still love to see an experienced but mobile holding midfielder with just a touch of spite to help us through the tough away games.

My memory’s not what it was but I think, when he came, he was described as a CB that could play FB. MK may have a point but, at 19, he could still be filling out.

Excellent signing .. natural RB but i think he also can drop in CD if required…gives 100% and likes to get stuck in. Hope his injury late last season is totally sorted and pleased to see the lad got his POF medal from James Moody all be it presented in BnQ

A very good signing in Oli Rose. Just need to adopt a setup that builds stability.

Make opponents have to adapt to us on every occasion. Whether it be 433 or 442 is ok because for us it works more than 352 or 3142 etc, etc.
