I think it is if the player is in his last season and no contract offer made has been accepted.

Rules seem to be different in such as the NLN.

When Starbuck passed straight to an opponent for the tenth time in a row yesterday I thought Nicholson had returned in disguise.

Fortunately Starbuck improved as the game progressed. Brad never did. Worst passer I’ve ever seen in an Iron shirt.

Matlock relegated partly due to a points deduction stemming from an admin error and an inelligible player – even with the money offered surely much less of a draw now…

Interesting to note a few Matlock fans worried this will scare WHAM off, and talk of his £200k in ‘donations’ received to date.
