You appear to know more about what I think than I do, there is no attempt to make any equivalency here from me.
As for ultra right ,of course I don’t know, neither do you, it’s a purely subjective term used to evoke a response ,bit like calling decent fair minded people ,ultra left.
By mass murder and terror do you mean bombing civilian areas with aeroplanes and stealing land? The are allies of Russia doing that elsewhere too.
Lot sof ex eastern block countries have poor records on human rights ,Ukraine was one before this war,although human rights inside captured areas( Russian controlled )are now far worse according to human rights watch .It shouldn’t stop us trying to elicit faster change in Ukraine in exchange for putting ourselves sin a very dangerous firing line . But hey ho, pretend i’m in some awful left wing plot to placate Russia if you like

In other words, you were not being honest. Maybe if you don’t know, don’t make such a claim? Just a thought. I can’t claim to know the depths of his mind, but from his politics to date it doesn’t seem that way. I mean, I don’t think it’s ridiculous to think the guy who wants more European integration, is working on ending corruption from oligarchs and better gay rights is ultra right.

Others do it, so I can isn’t a justification. It just makes you as ridiculous as those who say daft stuff like Biden is an ultra lefty.

Therefore we should moan about helping Ukraine and make nonsense claims about WWIII. I trust you would be in favour of helping others targeted by Russian and its allies, like in Syria back in 2013? Or is this just an excuse to make your moaning about Ukrainian support sound principled?

Yet Zelensky has worked on that regarding corruption and gay rights. Of course I am not saying there isn’t room for improvement, but it seems ridiculous to be so negative and damning about such when there is gradual progress being made. Especially in an environment when so many are trying to equivocate between Ukraine and Russia. It’s like focussing on Poland’s human rights issues in 1939* over Nazi Germany’s.

*And 1930s Poland was a lot more problematic than Ukraine today. Yet you never hear such equivocation about that when discussing the morality of coming to their defence from invasion.
