Good appraisal, finally an honest manager/owner not blaming the ref, the pitch, ballboys, injuries or anyone else other than himself and some of his players – they were 2-0 up and threw it away.

Very honest and says it in a muck and bullets way, great stuff and really refreshing. If you had a fans meeting with him about the way the club was being run you feel, unlike some other bloke we know, the very least he would be is genuine.
