Scunthorpe United v Solihull Moors
June 10, 2025 at 9:50 am #305693Hoping for an opening day home fixture and a final day home fixture, plus home on Boxing Day and NY.
June 10, 2025 at 10:18 am #305695Who do you reckon it’ll be?
Scunthorpe United v Solihull Moors
Or Truro away ???? ho ho ho
Im gonna guess at Tamworth either home or away as our first game..dunno why but i did see a letter T in my mug ov char this morning.
June 10, 2025 at 11:07 am #305702Carlisle at home, they need a reasonable size ground for their fans to be able to attend, got to be an attraction for the NL PR full house almost guaranteed.
June 10, 2025 at 2:52 pm #305717My guess is Iron v Altrincham
June 10, 2025 at 6:22 pm #305731Would like either:
Truro A
Morecambe A
Carlisle AExpecting:
Brackley A
June 10, 2025 at 7:16 pm #305733Often promoted vs demoted on the opening day.
So Iron v Morecambe is my guess.

June 24, 2025 at 3:51 pm #306078I’m looking forward to Eastleigh away. A nice day out, not far to travel…
June 26, 2025 at 5:51 pm #306145Almost certainly at home Cods, hull, Donny and Lincoln all away on the 9th.
June 26, 2025 at 6:19 pm #306146You might be crediting our football authorities with more common sense than they have ever previously demonstrated Awaywego.
Recent history suggests winning away at the league champions.

June 27, 2025 at 4:40 am #306149Hoping for a home game to KO the season so im sticking with Tamworth @ AAGP
July 7, 2025 at 11:09 pm #306565Not long now.
July 8, 2025 at 9:06 am #306576Couldn’t care less about who we get on opening day, home or away, win lose or draw we will have another 45 games after it anyway, big deal it’s always over hyped and means nowt in context to a full season.
July 8, 2025 at 9:14 am #306577“Our” Stu ought to be running a sweepstakes on it.
July 8, 2025 at 9:18 am #306578Stu! That’s more of a thick soup then a name dear.
July 8, 2025 at 9:58 am #306579Must be old age with you Ironawe, fixture release day one of the most anticipated days of the year along with the fa cup draw well for most fans anyway.
Plus the opening day means footy is back.2 users thanked author for this post.
July 8, 2025 at 10:05 am #306580York is a popular choice amongst the players.
July 8, 2025 at 12:17 pm #306584Truro away. Get it done in the summer and make a weekend out of it.

Plus the opening day means footy is back.Footy is back, what a joke it’s rammed down your throats 24/7 with sky sports, European Championships, club championships and blah blah blah. There isn’t a close season anymore and as for the Iron I luv em to bits but the three month break away from it all is welcome to me and always has been, plus I do have other things going on in my life apart from football ad nauseam. Just an opinion if some of you want to cream your undies over a few football fixtures and pre season friendlies well I’m happy for ya.
July 8, 2025 at 7:03 pm #306618Like I say it must be old age and obviously I take it for granted you dont go away, so can understand why you don’t give a shit.
‘And I feel sorry for ya’ Guess something must float ya boat.
Ps, don’t think I’m far wrong in saying Truro away is the one most scunny fans are looking for and that says it all on what football means to many, bloody crazy!July 8, 2025 at 8:16 pm #306623Went to Brackley last season actually, won’t bother with Truro but you enjoy the trip it’s a long day mind better pack extra undies at your age Awaywego, lol

July 9, 2025 at 1:37 pm #306668Truro 31st Jan!!! They’ll have to make an early decision on the pitch.
Both York games midweek – disgraceful.
Sensible Christmas and Easter at least.July 9, 2025 at 1:42 pm #306669Congratulations IFA on getting Tamworth right, also MK on being right about the football authorities having no common sense, us and the cods on the same train them at Harrogate, both first away games “really”! 200+ scunny last time on the train and they weren’t choirboys by all accounts.
Both sets of fans potentially meeting back at Donny after the game, and maybe saying hello to Donny fans coming back from Mansfield.
And there was me saying it was almost a guaranteed home game, I know fa and the football authorities know even less.
Need to get back to the EFL as soon as possible to many of the more local games on the night time. -
