    I think goal keeper is the most crucial role on the pitch. If you get the right keeper between the sticks it sets the team up for success, bring in the wrong one and the defence become nervous, make mistakes and this spreads quickly throughout the team. It is no coincidence that every time we have done well, we have had a decent keeper in the team.

    Is Fitz that decent keeper? He frightens me to death at times and he’s made a lot of blunders considering the poor teams we’ve played against, other times he’s top draw don’t know what to make of him.

    Yep as good as Fitz is hes prone to the od dropped bollock .. would hate it to be in a big game lke the playoffs ..play the new Glangley for Spalding

    Fitz is a decent keeper however he is playing at this level for a reason…and that reason is he is prone to making mistakes. If he didn’t make the mistakes he does he would likely be playing in the EFL and not the NLN.

    He dropped an absolute clanger in the NL playoff final last season…hopefully lightning doesn’t strike twice!
