…to reverse the trend of that diminishing lead in the polls. C’mon Johnson, ‘let’s be ‘avin you!!!!!’
BBC’s Andrew Neil lays down gauntlet to Boris Johnson over interview
I’m sure every self respecting Tory has nothing to fear. Surely Jonno could seal the deal on that necessary majority by accepting the invitation?December 5, 2019 at 11:21 pm #163918

Andrew Neil was once again brilliant tonight in his interview with the great faker Farage, had him squirming quite a few times and even Farages stock method of trying to talk over salient points he didn’t want to answer made him look even more the snake oil salesman then usual. The gauntlet Neil threw down to Johnson at the end will have driven the Kipper away for good till after the vote, he can’t compete with Neil, he is mentally superior and far too switched on to let a bumbling Johnson off the hook. Johnson won’t go anywhere near Neil, he is a frightened inept politician who will retreat behind his Tory lines out of harm’s way.December 6, 2019 at 10:26 am #163924

Chicken Boris has had his allies say that there is no public interest in this, despite the high viewing figures for all other debates by Andrew Neil.
Neil should host a debate with an empty chair if Chicken Boris doesn’t make an appearance. There needs to be some form of punishment for someone who has played the BBC for fools and refuses to be held accountable. It’s not right that every other leader gets grilled and potentially torn apart, while the PM thinks he can just skip and miss out on potentially negative coverage.December 6, 2019 at 10:38 am #163925

Spooky that the YouGov poll on Boris v Jeremy was 52 to 48 in favour of Boris (leave).December 7, 2019 at 3:27 pm #163982

It Neil got chance to interview the Coward before polling day and then they took a poll on his popularity as a truthful honest PM, that result would be interesting. Ain’t gonna happen, the Kipper is in his bunker with his tin hat on until Friday morning.
