Another new ground to go to, thats the beauty of footy scunny fans all over looking forward to our away day.
August 2, 2020 at 6:34 pm #192813Already been. Watching Chester in the Evo-Stik a few years back.
Dunno if they’ve done improvements to it since but it was a proper non-league shed then.
August 2, 2020 at 7:15 pm #192814Went past last new year and looked quite new, very small though imagine it will be a dog fight to get tickets covid or no covid but a nice place to go for a day out even without one probably the nicest whethers in the country.,
August 2, 2020 at 7:43 pm #192815I cannot wait. I live about 10 mins from the ground.
Huge improvements have been made to the ground over the last few years, it’s basic but compact. I’ve been to worse league 2 groundsAugust 2, 2020 at 8:07 pm #192817Probably play there while there is no supporters.
August 2, 2020 at 8:27 pm #192819I went there years back it was so cold I watched the second half from the warmth of the bar with a pint. I’m not sure I’d want promotion if I had to give up that option as a Harrogate supporter!
August 2, 2020 at 8:41 pm #192824Well done Mully, look forward to seeing you back home.
August 2, 2020 at 9:57 pm #192825Yes well done Jack
August 3, 2020 at 8:37 am #192829Like I said Mick still a nice day out even if they won’t let us in, you know yourself the football often spoiled a good day out.
August 3, 2020 at 8:44 am #192830Might not even get to play there, apparently their first few home games might have to be paid elsewhere as they have to rip up their 3G pitch because they’re not allowed in the Football League.
August 4, 2020 at 10:42 am #192853Harrogate to ground share with donny till they lay their pitch
I thought it would have been York but still a good link down the A1.August 4, 2020 at 11:17 am #192854York might not want them to share their new ground.
August 4, 2020 at 12:23 pm #192870Agree Mick I wouldn’t want to share our ground, but any extra revenue and to showcase their new ground would have been a plus for my thinking, maybe they were never asked.
August 4, 2020 at 1:21 pm #192873Would anyone want to share our ground?
Pitch is OK but rest is pretty tired.
August 4, 2020 at 2:39 pm #192882Err. if someone doesnt have one yep.
August 4, 2020 at 3:36 pm #192889My neighbour across the road is happy, 2 Brand New Grounds this season for him and his Chester team, York City and Boston United.
August 5, 2020 at 8:32 am #192906Harrogate will be playing their “home” games at the Keepmoat whilst they replace the 3G pitch. So for a new ground visit we need it to be a later in the season game.
