Yes Happy New Year one and all, from a football perspective anyway we should all be very pleased with the last 12 months down at the Attis Arena as AB and his Merry Men set a new point total in a calendar year for the club which follows on from last season’s promotion. It’s just the rest of the world that’s turning to mush all around us.

Unless you’re still using the Julian Calendar in which case it’s only 20th of December.

But if you are then 2026 doesn’t start until 25th of March anyway!
