On reflection, I suspect and hope he was naive and thought it was something else entirely when he agreed to be in the video.

Strikes me as someone who wants to feel important and be loved by those in power – first Hilton, now Sharp. Couldn’t see the red flags for his own ego.

He’d obviously seen other football videos and thought he’d have a go. DIY spirit, ‘citizen journalists’ is the buzz word, and all that. Fair play to him for having a go, I would never take that away from him. He’s put in a lot of miles on the road doing these. Have to say, I think he’s got caught up in the Iron Hour self promotion and the glamour of being known – but I don’t like the game footage and his take on things during the games being the focus of his videos. Much preferred his earlier ones when game stuff was minimal and he was just the conduit through which we encountered strange and mythical creatures before and after each match. Quite charming in a way.

I’d not heard of him until this farce arose, but doing some digging he does appear a massive egotist. Associating with Bell does not help him.

I doubt they have the requisite awareness. He sold out for his chance in the spotlight, I’m not having any of this ‘wasn’t aware of the details’ nonsense, man had been in cahoots with FC100000 founders for weeks prior!
