Let’s also go back to a back 5 even though we still haven’t signed any wing backs. At least last year we had 4 centre backs to cope with the inevitable injuries and suspensions the position attracts.

Has Mr butler said anything about the game at all,or have I missed it?

I have a hunch that Butler signed Watson so when he’s left out for Campbell he won’t kick up much of a fuss. I suspect this is why he didn’t sign one of those experienced GK’s who are that performance centre for out of contract players.

I have a horrible feeling Butler was 1000% nailed on when he said he said campbell was his number one. Butler wouldn’t have brought one of those GK’s because they would have been expecting to start games.

I hope Butlers masterplan pans out, but I have a distinct sinking feeling.
