Taking over our ticketing let’s hope it’s cheaper than employing our full time staff.
Believe they don’t put any booking fees for fans like Tamworths ticket providers.

There’s a bit more to it than ticketing according to the Invisible Man. I’ve picked a bit out that should be welcomed if, in fact, he means what he says,

“we will have a CRM system that integrates data across our retail, hospitality and ticketing operations, giving us an unprecedented understanding of our supporters.”

Of all of the problems the Iron have experienced on and off the field in recent years getting a home match ticket has always been easy and successful.

Buying tickets for away games in the National League has been a right pain up until and including the Tamworth tickets I waited 40 minutes in a virtual queue to buy.

I have had to register with at least 6 micky mouse ticketing outfits that I have no interest in being a member of and usually costing me an extra quid or two per ticket for the privilege.

That is better understanding and connecting with your fans apparently. Absolute marketing bollox which seems to be the only language our CEO speaks.

If they’re anything like Shocal, best avoided.
