National league tv used to be £10 on a match to match basis. Dazn came along and charged £15 and now they’ve changed it to £20 payment on a month to month basis which automatically renews or pay £12 per month for the year, which means you would have to pay for games that you don’t even care about.
Really are something, dazn.
August 9, 2025 at 1:42 pm #309377Don’t buy it

August 9, 2025 at 4:36 pm #309400Last time I’m buying this coverage. This is bordering on unwatchable as it keeps freezing every 10 seconds. Shocking.
I’m cancelling this as soon as this match is finished. 10 times worse than last season.

August 9, 2025 at 4:51 pm #309403totally useless streaming today. Refunds please !!!
August 9, 2025 at 5:11 pm #309407Checked everything: hub link etc.
This was DAZN’s fault.
Appalling coverage. An utter disgrace.August 9, 2025 at 6:19 pm #309415Agree, coverage appalling and terrible commentary.
Regarding the price at £20 per month, potentially for 4/5 games is a bargain surely?August 9, 2025 at 6:29 pm #309420Don’t know why you guys even bother, saw a couple of last season highlights they hosted and it was complete crap from slow misinformed commentators who have clearly researched SFA prior to the game to dodgy camera work. Just f*** them off and don’t bother it’s clearly not worth it and you all deserve better which this bunch clearly can’t deliver.
August 9, 2025 at 6:31 pm #309421Can you actually post without swearing,?
August 9, 2025 at 6:39 pm #309425Oh do shut up 64 I’m not swearing and you are just being pedantic, why not address the issue and call out this cheapskate company for what they really are, ripping off fans with an overpriced inferior product.

August 9, 2025 at 7:12 pm #309429I cancelled it straight after the match. Beforehand it said you can opt out of the contract with 30 days notice. I’ve just checked my account and it looks like they’re going to be taking money every bloody month until the 12 month contract is over.
I hope this isn’t the case.
Copy and past from the DAZN site
“Your NATIONAL LEAGUE TV on DAZN was removed
You can still watch until 09.08.2026”August 9, 2025 at 7:40 pm #309432Sounds a rip off WG hope you don’t get burnt, people should just drop them and let them go under, doesn’t sound like a fan friendly site at all.
August 9, 2025 at 7:41 pm #309433Agree, coverage appalling and terrible commentary.
Regarding the price at £20 per month, potentially for 4/5 games is a bargain surely?4/5 games a month with the 3pm blackout? Only reason it was available today was because of no Premier League games being on.

I just hope I can get the contract cancelled with 30 days notice. I really don’t want to be paying for that crap 12 months straight. That coverage today was the worst I’ve witnessed. I missed the Ewing goal due to the coverage freezing.
I’ll never ever go down that route again. I was going to listen on radio and even that was messed up on Humberside. I tried listening on there and all I got was Shania Twain and Paul Young.
August 9, 2025 at 8:23 pm #309438Sounds appalling. Hope you’re able to cancel and not be tied in WG. From what you’ve said I think you’ll be within your rights.
August 9, 2025 at 8:25 pm #309439Wow Shania Twain and Paul Young, guess that didn’t impress you much!
August 9, 2025 at 8:56 pm #309440guess that didn’t impress you much!
Neither did the coverage.
August 9, 2025 at 10:19 pm #309445I unknowingly ended up on a 12 month contract only after they took what I thought was an unauthorised payment from my bank account. They wanted a further months payment to cancel. I’d paid through PayPal. Simply blocked the payment on PayPal. Will not use DAZN again.
August 10, 2025 at 7:34 am #309479DAZN ..no way i will be paying these robbers 1p more after this debacle .. had to scrap it and find HR commentary which was delayed streaming for some reason so missed the first 15 mins.
August 10, 2025 at 10:26 am #309497HR commentary delayed due to their building being vacated because of a fire alarm activation. It was announced by them just prior to commentary starting.
August 10, 2025 at 11:43 am #309502I think this kind of low standard is only found in Asia.
It must be admitted that some companies’ policy is to not refund or refund as late as possible.
I used to listen to English football commentary on the radio in Thailand. I admit that the Thai commentators are very good. I get excited all the time.
I really feel sorry for them. The football commentators of this company must be really bad.August 10, 2025 at 1:47 pm #309516They wanted a further months payment to cancel
This tallies with what I saw before signing up to it. I saw that you can cancel with, but 30 days notice. I hope I can watch the next match with the £15 I’m going to be stuck paying. If I have to pay another £15 to cancel and not get anything out of it, I’m not going to be happy.
The least they could do is let me watch that and then cancel, seeing as though I could barely watch yesterday.
These charlatans signed a 5 yr contract to broadcast non league fixtures too. Absolute frauds.
August 11, 2025 at 12:11 pm #309578Unwatchable on Saturday. What faith can anyone have in DAZN, going forward? You can request to cancel, but they will actually continue taking payments for a year. Regardless of what the contracts say, that is close to a racket, an extortion.
August 11, 2025 at 12:55 pm #309582Little wonder some folks go the dodgy box route.
August 11, 2025 at 1:08 pm #309586Which takes much needed revenue away from the club. I can understand people using them for Premier or Champions League matches as those clubs can afford to miss the income, but not for Iron matches.
August 11, 2025 at 1:46 pm #309597August 11, 2025 at 3:10 pm #309600I understand it but don’t agree with it for Iron matches. It’s up to DAZN to sort out the service on various levels. Extremely poor and frustrating for those of us who could do with it
August 11, 2025 at 3:40 pm #309603Begs the question why in this day and age is such a poor service being provided, I mean listening to different opinions it’s not just the visual streaming experience it’s garbage comments with the presenters lacking basic oral presentation and hardly any research to back up the basic facts about players and staff of both teams taking part, amateurish at best.
August 11, 2025 at 3:48 pm #309605The pricing, contract issues and customer service needs addressing before I subscribe again

Are DAZN responsible for commentary or just pictures? We usually get RH when we’re at home.
