Only signed Toney on loan, when it came to getting him on a permanent Mr Big Money Bollocks ran away and hid. Just a fake. Chuffed for Toney, good player hope he does well, Daniels won’t be their number one in the Prem, don’t think he was in the Championship.

When footballing people use to recommend players……

some we won some we didn’t, Toney has looked class all season so well deserved, the other two don’t think played too much part in it.

Lundstrum, Norwood, Townsend not automatic picks for us. Johnstone I remember had one absolute nightmare for us, a clearance straight to the opposition, picked up a backpass and handled outside the area. At least one led to a goal. I’d be amazed if Goode or Daniels got a start in the Prem., we’re much more their level.

Jacob Murphy of Newcastle couldn’t get a regular start either and only started 3 games when he was here, surprised Northumbiron hasn’t mentioned him.
