This is going to be close, because all games of this nature are. I think we will win, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a Fitzsimmons penalty save AET that does it! Apart from the GK, all the other Subs must be able ( and willing) to take a successful penalty!

Providing we have no injury concerns and Whitehall is fully recovered from his sickness bug and AB sets the team up correctly with NO sub keeper on the bench, we should win.

Looks like 7 subs allowed in these play offs so no excuse not to have a keeper on the bench.

Didn’t know that cass, a change from last season then which I didn’t take into account, extra seats required next to the dugout then.

i think we will beat Chorley .. possibly a few goals in this one 1-1 at 90 mins 3-2 to the Iron after ET.

Thats where the positivity ends sorry guys … cant see us beating Kiddy or Chester even though its at AAGP .. can see it being really tight and going to pens in which case im not optimistic, Tango man has the edge over AB and Chester be well backed and up for revenge.

Beat both Chester and Kidderminster by a couple of goals at home this season. Butler style bore draw away at Chester and would have been another at Kidderminster but for a freak goal. Not sure why you are so pessimistic IFA?

None of that matters of course unless we beat Chorley. Not managed to beat them home or away this season.

Tango man is more experienced than AB in the managerial department but AB has the superior squad over both Kiddy and Chester IMO and our home record is very impressive, particularly against both teams.

Did you see Tango man’s post Southport video?

Best part of 20 minutes explaining how everything he did in preparation was perfect and his players were inexplicably sh1te.

Wonder if he will have got them all out from under the bus by Sunday?

Are you sure about the 7 subs on the bench Cass, thought it only applied to step 1 clubs, step 2 rules for 24/25 say only 5.

Being down town today and didn’t see a single scunny shirt, saw 5 scouse bastards wearing theirs wtf.
Looks like the final will be on the Sunday (tbc on NL webpage)
100 tickets left in the DRE is disappointing unless they’ve moved into the naughty corner.

Chorley very physical and gave it a real good go from start to finish.
Once again Butler gets them to play in front of a big crowd well done Butler just one more please.
