The club have indicated his shirt will be ready for collection next week.
Open to ideas as to what we do with it. Would ideally like to raise money for charity or the club.May 5, 2024 at 10:52 am #28540112 months ago I would have said charity, now it has to be the club IMO.
May 5, 2024 at 11:13 am #285402Same thing these days.
Anything we can do after site costs are covered should go to support the club until it’s debt free.
Happy to start the bidding at £50 if we’re having an auction.
May 5, 2024 at 11:14 am #285403Forgot to add I’ll have a tenners worth if we’re having a raffle.
May 5, 2024 at 11:30 am #285405Both good ideas but needs to be a wider audience than just Bru to maximise potential.
May 5, 2024 at 12:33 pm #285407Agree Cass. Needs someone more media savvy than I but assume we should embrace Twitter and Facebook at least.

May 5, 2024 at 2:04 pm #285414May 5, 2024 at 3:14 pm #285416Winterton Iron sponsored Michael Clunan’s third kit, I will be selling it on eBay with a link to facebook, the money will go towards a kit sponsorship for next season. The club will get about 90% of the £150 it costs, the kit costs very little to make I am told ( might be wrong ?) UTWI
May 6, 2024 at 10:49 am #285450A raffle rather than an auction might be a fairer option, otherwise the bidding price will quickly put it out of reach of a lot of people.
May 6, 2024 at 11:10 am #285453Good point, 200 people investing a fiver is better than one person giving a few hundred. 200 not over optimistic is it?
