Why are we so much more under pressure against 10 men than 11. (i.e. Sutton). Surely the idea is to have overload of players upfield to reduce the oponents ability to press us.??
Two game gap between the Sutton, Halifax fixtures, not all players 100% fit, very hot conditions , lots of reasons why we where unable to press the game when down to 10. A good dogged performance in fairness to the team and an excellent goal scored on the break, defensive errors in their goal but hey it’s 5th tier football not Premier League.

Only saw the highlights v Sutton so not sure why we didn’t press more when they went down to 10. It happens a lot when teams are reduced to 10 though. Whatever we did, I’m guessing it worked as we won the game? Monday was different and we sat back completely – mitigating factors including quick turnaround, heat, injuries etc.
