He was better then than now.
I’ve said it before – his passing skills are special.
His problem is that, like so many, he’s not capable of raising his game above the levels of those surrounding him.
Playing off a Bish – he’d have the requisite skills to make a big difference.
He needs games to toughen up. (Not whilst we face relegation, though.)
