BJ is a buffoon, but I am a bit uneasy about the dismissal of English people of certain social backgrounds here.
Firstly, not all are like that stereotype and secondly, it’s not exactly going to be endearing. This attitude that the ‘common man’ is a layabout who is too lazy to work is a bit snobbish in mentality. It’s this sort of thing which gets leftists labelled as out of touch or elitist by the people who see themselves as being remarked as being fat and lazy, because they won’t work in such.
Many have said they didn’t want to work on such, due to the way they are. It’s fine for EU migrants who can accept living in caravans away from family, given their family may be abroad and because they don’t have the same bills to pay, but I am not going to criticise anyone for saying they don’t fancy that with such language. I don’t know what the answer is, because farm labourers are needed, but I do know that I would rather the focus on how we can improve conditions to entice workers rather than point finger at the would-be worker.
Also, I don’t think that the NF type fascists are all lazy layabouts. However, they do prey on the vulnerable, like all extreme ideologies.
