I am justifying myself because you are being spectacularly dense (wilful or not) in missing my point. I have shown what you originally put and my argument has all been related to that.
I don’t know why you keep rambling on about how thousands disagree, because I have never made any comment on whether the minority was small or large. In fact, I don’t know why you’re rambling on about scientists to me, since I never even talked about scientists (thousands more disagree with you, by the way). The only reason you are doing so is so you can gaslight me and straw man me.
I have shown you what I was responding to and it had sod all to do with the size of the minority. The fact is that you said that half the country don’t accept climate change, never mind whether it’s anthropogenic. My point has been that’s false, it isn’t a minority. Thousands of disebelievers or not, it’s a minority. So your rambling has little to do with my argument and to say such is misrepresenting my argument.
However, the vast majority of scientists disagree and polls like Yougov suggest
For someone who complains when others misrepresent you, you sure love doing such to me, so why should I care when you say “please don’t misrepresent me” in future? Your inability to self-reflect here and not consider what I am arguing, which is different to your points, just confirms my suspicions about your ego.
