The problem with that tweet is in isolation it may not seem that bad but in the context of many other of his tweets mocking or deriding the left, the case for right wing bias starts to build. Particularly when you consider his Tory presidency at Oxford Uni, which can’t be ignored.
The job of political news journalists is to hold government to account. I think Robinson, Kuenssberg and Davis put more effort in to undermining the opposition. There may well be a problem higher up. It may also be the case that all 3 journalists don’t have too much of a problem with following orders from a Tory stooge. That is an issue given their influence on public thinking.
