Swindon bid for Nichols rejected

Swindon Town have had a bid for Exeter City striker Tom Nichols turned down, according to BBC Wiltshire.

The Grecians have already turned down one offer for the 22-year-old forward during the January transfer window, with Nichols looking likely to leave the club before it closes on February 1.

Nichols has impressed whilst bagging 12 goals in all competitions this term, including one against Liverpool in the 3rd round of the FA Cup.

He looks set to leave the club this transfer window, with his contract set to expire in the summer.
