Swindon Town have agreed a fee with Northern Ireland Premier League side Glentoran for winger Jordan Stewart, according to reports in the Irish press.

Stewart, who put pen to paper on a new contract at Glentoran back in March hit a stunning 30-yard strike in his sides’ 2-2 draw with Crusaders on Wednesday.

The 20 year old has had trials at Middlesbrough, Stoke City and Peterborough United this summer as well as seeing a move to the Iron’s League One rivals Barnsley fall through.

Irish sports journalist Laure James claims that Swindon are set to make Stewart their eleventh summer signing after having a bid accepted for the starlet.
