Iron consider bids for Winnall

Scunthorpe United are considering two bids for last season’s League Two golden boot winner Sam Winnall, according to BBC Radio Humberside.

Winnall netted 23 goals in his debut season and it is believed two clubs are trying to lure the striker away from Glanford Park.

Fans raised question marks as to whether the former Wolves man could play with January aqcuisition Paddy Madden at the back end of last campaign and United could be set to cash in on him if they have other targets in mind.
