Flag Day details announced

The Iron Trust and are joining forces with Y Griffiny to throw the annual flag day party on Saturday 30th April, after the Iron’s final home game with Port Vale.

After the roaring success of last years’ sell out event, we are returning to the superb Cafe INDIEpendent venue on the High Street from 5.30pm onwards.

There will be a raffle and live music from Nick Akester, Los Recyclidores and Twisted Revolution for your entertainment.

Tickets are £5 and the price includes a pint of real ale and a pie and pea supper. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to this years’ chosen charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.

They will go on sale before the home game with Chesterfield on Saturday 19th March from Trust corner, but we would advise you to secure your place by pre ordering.

To pre order, please email the Iron Trust on [email protected] with the subject “Flag Day”. Please advise us how many tickets are required and also if you would prefer a vegetarian supper so we can make arrangements.

Tickets will be available from Trust corner with a cash payment before all remaining home games until the event sells out. We will also be making tickets available from other sources in the build up to the event, so please keep an eye on Twitter and for more details.

Due to the capacity of the venue, a ticket will be required.
